The 2 names I got from the Poly desk are Walker Medical and Buena Vista Scooter. Has anyone used either of these companies? Which would you recommend? Thanks!

hi bertie. i have never used either of these companies. last year we brought my aunt with us to disney. she needed both an ECV for the parks/resorts and a wheelchair for while in the room. we rented them both from randy's mobility. :thumbsup2 prices for the rental was much less expensive than the other places you mentioned. randy's mobility also has excellent customer service and he met us right at the resort. the equipment we rented was in excellent condition. we were very happy with everything. :dance3: i recently injured my leg. i will be using randy'sagain for our next trip. here's the link if interested.

Hi and :welcome: to disABILITIES!

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. Post #2 discusses mobility and stamina concerns, as well as information about renting wheelchairs and ECVs. The sources listed have been used by many people with most generally very happy with them..

Or, if you want an easier route to the FAQs, click on the link in my signature.

I second the recommendation for Randy's Mobility- EXCELLENT, they drop off, instruct you on use, good price- Excellent company, Highly recommend!
