Companion Bathrooms!!!

HI!! Our family is traveling to orlando in 2 weeks and we are trying to find out if Universal City Walk has any companion bathrooms?? On the information page it says that there is one in Universal studios and one in Islands of Adventure, but what about city walk?? My father has alzheimers and cannot use the restroom alone, he needs my mothers help. Can anyone assist in pointing us in the right diresction as to where he can go if needed. I would hate to avoid going to city Walk as we look forward to going there every time.

I believe there is a companion restroom located beside NASCAR Grille...I think. The CityWalk map would tell you for sure.

The first aid area is beside guest services at Citywalk. That might be where the companion washrooms are. The sign outside just has the man, woman, wheelchair logos. Is there a certain logo for a companion washroom?

They are inside of the first aid office so it's not like you can just see the sign from outside.
