Companion bathrooms, is there a list somewhere?

Going to WDW next summer with my Autistic DGS and being able to go into the bathroom with him would really help. Is there a list of their locations in the parks somewhere that I can download or copy? I never even thought about it until I was reading about them on these threads. Having the location would help us a lot. TIA
