Communication w/ Poly Concierge

I have been so nervous about the fact that we booked Poly concierge in July after all of the negative messages lately. In the past week, however, I have had great communication with Jeffrey from the planning office.

Although I know he is not a part of the concierge, I am taking it as a good omen for the vacation. Just thought I'd share this in case others were feeling nervous, too.

Actually, pre-planning is part of the whole concierge service. They are typically your first line of communication and set up everything you need prior to arrival.

I just wanted to add this also, during our December trip to the YC, I was having a problem with an on-site concierge CM. I pulled out my pre-planning information and called that department to see if they could assist me. Within minutes, they had everything taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to hold onto this CM's name and contact him if a need arises during your stay.

I'm glad to hear that you're off to a good start. It seems that no matter which resort you choose, there is a run of negative reports just after you've made your choice or right before you're due to arrive. I hope you have a wonderful trip.
