Comments pls - Boma vs WCC

I am just trying to make everyone happy, DD2, wife, dad, mom, and myself. We are on the dining plan, but intended to pay some meals OOP.

Booked so far:
The Garden Grill, Chef Mickey - to please my dear little princess (2-year-old)
Les Chefs De France - to please my wife
Flying fish Cafe, Narcoossee's - to please my parents, seafood lover.
Le Cellier - i think it's fair to make myself happy too

Now has to pick ONE out of each group:

1). BOMA vs Whispering Canyon Cafe

2). Liberty Tree Tavern vs 1900 Park Fare

Any suggestions?

1. Boma!!! Going by the other places you are eating, it looks like you like something different. My 2 yo and 9 yo DD's loved Boma last year for dinner. WCC was OK for the slapstick type stuff, but the food was a HUGE disappointment.

2. 1900 PF. I haven't been to either LTT or 1900 PF (doing this one this year), but your DD will like Cinderella and the food looks like it may be better there. I am sure LTT has good food, too, but for us who eat good old ham, turkey, mashies, stuffing, and mac & cheese all the time want something different when we go on vacation. So it is really up to your tastes.

I really like Whispering Canyon, mostly for the fun atmosphere, but Boma is a couple of steps better in terms of food quality. I've not been to 1900 Park Fare in a very long time, but I can heartily recommend Liberty Tree Tavern. We had a great time there last month. The food was very yummy, and the character interaction was great.

Now my wife has decided Liberty Tree Tavern + 1900 Park Fare

So, hardly to pick one from Boma & WCC (although I wanted to try both)

Boma is more than a few step better than WCC. We really enjoyed it a couple of years ago but last year it generally mediocre food and the service was lousy.

wcc for breakfast for sure, probably wcc for dinner( i guess, I really liked my meal at wcc for dinner( Jethro's chops) and don't care for buffets or ayce but that's my quirk. our boma breakfast was such a disappointment we canceled our dinner adr, kind of wish we had tried it but the pain of the breakfast has dulled by now )

don't remember ever going to park fare but liberty tree was OK last time we went which was long ago

Boma was very very disappointing. I found the food less than authentic and the veg and carb options poor. I am going back this year but only because the kids liked it. On the other hand...............WCC was WONDERFUL and a complete hoot. I would willingly go back there!

I Love Boma... but make it a complete adventure. Come at least 1 hour early and visit the animals around the AKL. It is worth it and adds to the complete experience (unless you booked into the hotel and can visit the animals every day)
