Ok, let's get started on the rest of yesterday's updates, starting with one from Tina (AlohaAnnie).


On Saturday night she and her family were at Magic Kingdom and had dinner at...






She said, "Last Night we were at Magic Kingdom. It was raining a bit off and on. After the rain, there was a wonderful cool breeze. We decided to have a late dinner at Pecos Bills."














"We had a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, taco salad, a side of fries, 2 root beer slush, and a light lemonade along with lots and lots of cheese and toppings."

Next we have an update from emmebear, who wanted to fully complete her mission from Saturday, which was to visit all 4 parks and ride the thrill rides at each. While she did make it to all 4 parks, at the last park (Magic Kingdom) it started raining and she decided to postpone her mission.



But then yesterday morning...

Tina said, "So we had a huge breakfast at 9:40 this morning at Cape May but by 12:30 the kids were hungry again."



"We went to Hurricane Hanna's, Aaron got the Cheeseburger with fries and Allison got the kids chicken nugget meal."






"I think she just wanted the pail and shovel because we forgot ours at home along with the pool noodles."

Now on to today's updates, beginning with our First Update of the Day sent to us this morning by Goofyluver.


She said, "I'd been anticipating last night's dinner for almost a year! We went to:"







"A few menu pics. Like everyone has said, it was exceedingly dark in there."















"I was so enamored with the whole restaurant! Gave me chills!"











Assorted Cured Meats and Sausages — a charcuterie board that includes Serrano ham, Smoked Virginia ham, caramelized pearl onions, Sun-Dried Tomato sausage, Apple Raisin sausage, Champagne pate, Chicken and Duck Liver pate, Soppressata, cornichons (little pickles), mustard, and toasted baguette.

"For a starter we got the Charcuterie. I don't remember what everything was, but I know there was a mousse pate and some sort of raisin pate (ewwww). I slathered the spicy mustard on everything."






"Bread...unexciting."







Mussels Provencal with white wine, tomato, garlic, onion, basil and butter



"I had the Mussels Provencal appetizer as my entree. I wanted to love this and it ended up just being okay. The broth was pretty good but left me disappointed overall."







Grilled Strip Steak with garlic-herb butter and pommes frites


"Uncle Remus got the steak. Omg...she gave me a taste and all I wanted to do was steal her plate. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Uncle R says "It was melt in your mouth good!"






Sauteed Shrimp and Scallops with seasonal vegetables served in puff pastry with a creamy lobster sauce

"Our son and brother split the shrimp and scallops. They loved this! And I had a taste and the sauce was yum!"








"It's our 2nd wedding anniversary and our waitress brought out 2 plates of the grey stuff. I don't know what this tasted like, but none of us liked it."








"The Beast came out to visit while we were dining. Omg! He was huuuuge! We got pics with him later."







"We loooooved listening to these guys!"


"Overall, we enjoyed Be Our Guest. It was nice to visit...once. The food just isn't worth visiting for, in our opinion, but the ambiance is perfection. We'd love to do a counter service!"​

"The veggies in this were great, and I thought my sausage was better than Robby's traditional sausage! We were very sad this was our last restaurant! It has been so much fun sharing our culinary journey with you all. I hope we helped some of you when it comes to making a future ADR!"



"Oh! One more thing! We strolled around the Grand Floridian and saw this "menu" of sorts. I had not seen this previously, so I thought it might help others as well!"
