I am coming in to join! I have been doing my best to exercise and eat healthy for the past 5 months now! The weight is NOT pouring off like i'd hoped so I joined WW online YET again! My fitness goal is to walk/jog the 2007 WDW 1/2 marathon......Which seem absolutely insane to me most days! Coming in and reading here may help me stay true to myself! I just got a new treadmill today as my Mothers Day gift and I love it! Just got off of it and did 2 miles(about 30 minutes)! So is there room for one more in here?

kudos for sticking to your goals over the past five months - that is awesome! and for the record -- you most certainly CAN complete the WDW 1/2 -- check out the Events subboard at the top of the forum -- there is already an active group of postings of WISHers registered and training for it! join in! the more the merrier!!

lots of us here follow John Bingham's training programs. right now i'm reading the Courage to Start by him, it's a great motivating book if you haven't read it yet. i just got it from the library. have you thought about registering for a shorter event this fall to get you pumped? there is plenty of time to train -- you will be there with us for sure!!
