I'm just returning to W.I.S.H. after being active last year, I sort of ran out of steam around March of this year and haven't really done a thing since. In August of 2006 I got my hiney in gear after learning my cholesterol and blood pressure wasn't the best and I was in need of a little focus on myself instead of everyone else.
I managed to lose somewhere in the neighborhood of 22-24 pounds, I'm happy to say that I've managed to keep off 19 - 20 of them, depending on the day I weigh, I sort of hover between 3 pounds.
I've already started to get myself ready for the gym. I'll be packing the bags tomorrow. I made sure my DD has her reservations for kid care at the gym on the days she's not a preschool.
I'll be reading to catch up on what's going on around W.I.S.H. these days. From the reading I've done, I'm already seeing some familiar faces. I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone and joining in on the monthly challenges and some of the shorter ones as well.
It's good to be home again.
