I have been MIA from here since Novemeber early November. I had rough time had my birthday then thanksgiving was sick with tummy bug and then got a cold and have been fighting it for last couple weeks.
Meanwhile wondering if I'm pregnant because we are using the Fertility Awareness Method to avoid pregnancy right now and we didn't use backup the one day we had fun this cycle(when we both were feeling good enough for it from colds and tummy flu) and I ovulated 2 days after(early by the way). Blah so I'm due today and tested but negative. So will test again in a couple of days if my lovely monthly visitor doesn't show. But if its negative I really got to get back to this weight loss issue.
I've been bouncing around in the 270's gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. LOL But frankly I'm sick of it. So tentively working on a exercise plan again and gonna do my own little Jan exercise challenge unless there is one going here and I haven't even read to try to catch up with everyone. I really really want to get to about 160ish(150 is my dream ideal weight) so I'm gonna work hard to loose if I'm not preggo but if I turn out testing positive later I will work to not gain a bunch by getting exercise.
On a side note my dad might be flying us to Florida in spring and I can't wait to know. I'm on
about that anyway.
I so want him to meet dd as he hasn't met her yet only seen pictures.
He's excited for it too. If he doesn't fly us there he said he may fly here.
But still gonna be working on saving for a May 2006 trip to do Disney.
Anyway I'm embarassed to keep dropping back out of plan but I really want and need this weight to start going down. So I'm getting back to my Walk Away the Pounds dvd.
