Now you've all helped me 'get my head round Christmas'
I was wondering whether anyone could help me regarding shoes with a good arch support?
Basically I've lived in my Crocs Athens or uGg boots for the last 3 years.
For several months I have been experiencing pain in my heels and aching calves - especially on first getting up in the morning...........
Looks like I need to buy some supportive shoes - and quickly!
I've just bought a pair of Clarkes supportive shoes for when I start work and have ordered some arch support insoles but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pair of walking shoes and, as I don't wear trousers / jeans often, shoes that would look okay with skirts?
The main problem I'm finding is that I haven't worn a 'regular' pair of shoes for so long that they all feel restrictive.......
