I've been reading alot about those "heavenly beds" at the Swan & Dolphin. They sound so comfy. I'm just hoping the beds at POR and the POLY are at least "almost" as comfy as the heavenly ones. We stayed at a place in Newport Rhode Island called Castle Hill Inn and that was the absolute only place I've ever stayed that their beds were as comfortable if not "more" comfortable than my bed at home. I had the 1st ever good nights sleep while away from home. If the beds are too firm I toss and I turn and I end up with about 4 or 5 hours of broken sleep at best. I just hate that part about being away from home. I have an all foam thick cushiony matteress ( and not one of those horrible nasa foam things!) with everything down, pillows comforters etc. I melt into my bed every night and I sleep tight.
Does anyone know if either of these resorts can provide you with "down" pillows? If not I'll be packing my own. Are the beds at either resort at least kind of soft and cushiony? I sure hope so
I really want to be able to get a good nights sleep after a long day in the parks!
