Hi

Iv been reading some good things about Comfort Suites Maingate East. Anybody ever stayed there?

TIA

We are staying there from May 1-5th and we chose it 'cause of the proximity to Disney, the great reviews and of course the brkfst in the am will save us a lot of $$ for a family of 5.
I'll let you know how much we liked it when we get back!

We stayed there at least three different times, although one time was only for one night. Anyway we liked it a lot. The breakfast buffet was very good, but if you don't get there early it may be hard to find a table. The rooms were fine. The location was good. And when we stayed we always managed to find a good deal on the price. But we have not been there for 4 years so I don't know how it is now.

We stayed there for four nights in March. It was excellent! The suites have two queen sized bed, a bar fridge, microwave and a good sized bathroom. There is also a safe in the closet.

When you book, book locally and ask for the Orlando Magicard rate. This gave us the room for $88.00/night (plus taxes, etc.).

We stayed there and found it to be clean and very adequate, but not exceptional. Nothing to complain about at all, just nothing to rave about either.

We are renting the 1 bedroom suite for a AAA rate of $138/night

I just checked your dates thru Hotelmartusa.com and it comes up at $77.00 a night. I would give them a call. Although I enjoyed this Hotel, I would not pay $138.00/night.

Good luck.

Hi there. A regular studio room is $72/night with AAA, but we want the 1 bedroom/2 bath suite, which is $135/night.

Sorry, I did not know they had any Suites with two bathrooms. I still think that $138.00/night is a lot. We stayed here with a family of five and the bathroom was never an issue. The sinks are located outside of the bathroom so while one was in the shower, another could be brushing teeth, doing hair, etc.

Have a great trip. I don't think you will be disappointed with this Hotel.

The main reason for the 1 bedroom is that one of the kids has a loud snore. The separate bedroom will allow me to get some sleep. :cloud9:
