Comfort Inn: Sand Lake Road Rate

I stumbled upon a $39 rate for a Universal area Comfort Inn (book for travel up to June 18 by March 17); has anyone stayed here before and can give a recommendation/warning? TIA

I stayed there in 2004 after the hurricanes hit. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The only real complaint I have is they had the music on very loud by the pool until very, very late. I was moved to another room facing the parking lot and it was a whole lot quieter. I believe there was a frig in the room also. The free breakfast was toast, cereal, donuts, coffee, the basic things.
