Well, the accomodations are on the basic side, and it's what you'd call an "aging" property, but it's in a good location and at least the room I got was very clean. The continental breakfast is pretty good (although the set-up is not very good---gets kinda congested), and I thought it was a great value at $29.95 (which they offered on their website in December) It's convenient to DTD and the restaurants at Crossroads and pretty quick to get to Disney. The pool was a little chilly in December. Landscaping is nice, and theres a playground for kids. It has outside stairwells, and if you are noise sensitive, I'd ask for a room facing the parking lot (to avoid I-4 traffic noise). Front desk was accomodating and friendly to me, and housekeeping did a good job. Also, there is security that checks what cars are coming in, which is nice. HTH's!
