Comfort Inn LBV

Does anyone know if there are any rooms at the CI-LBV which are newer, or "better than others"? As of now, our ressies are at this hotel and I just wanted to see if I should request a certain building.

We will be staying at this property for a few days of our next trip. I've been watching the posts for months. I don't know which rooms are newer, if any. Some recommended that I request a top floor, odd numbers. You are supposed to be able to go on the balcony and see the WDW fireworks.
