comfort inn LBV - $33

I just booked this deal today!! I can't believe how cheap it is, now if November will just hurry up and get here!

Has anyone been able to book 2 rooms? I have a family of 6 so to many for the family suite:guilty:

We are just looking for a one night place to stay prior to checking into Pop for the week - is this place clean etc? We don't need anything fancy, just a clean, non smelly place to crash after our drive down :goodvibes

Ditto! I am driving in a day early too and booked this deal!

In the past 6 stays, I've always had a clean, bug-free room. Will be back there in a week and let you know if I find anything different.

There were several reviews in the old thread for CI LBV:

We stayed for 4 nights over Spring Break and thought it was very nice, especially for the price. We have many trips planned this year since we have AP's and have booked this for all of them. It is hard to beat the price and have a fridge, microwave and free cold breakfast so close to WDW.

thanks for this just booked 10 nights for December - we stayed here 2 years ago and it was fab!

Monarch is a UK travel agent, not sure if you can book thru them in US http://hotels.monarch.co.uk/beach .
One company I believe you can book thru is the one I am using(below) later this month for Country Inn & suites LBV.
With the stronger $ you should really be looking at UK agents for your hotels just now. Last few years we have had great deals booking with US agents with stong £. Now the tables have turned to your benefit.
A 3 night stay at Comfort Inn LBV with www.great4hotels.com using discount code D446B will cost you £40 incl tax. (Approx $60 at $1.50/£1 exchange rate) way better than your $33+tax/night
Personally I didnt like the Comfort Inn much prefer to pay the extra to stay around the corner at Country Inn, cost for 3 nights there with code £70(approx $105) but includes wireless internet inroom.($10/night extra at CI)

Would there be a resort tax on top of these prices - We've just booked 10 nights at the $33 (plus tax ) rate and thought we had a good deal. :confused3

It pretty much sums up our holiday so far tbh - flights got cheaper 3 days after we booked - cruise price went up over night when we were unable to book it the day we recevied the quote

but we're coming to Orlando so we don't care!! :dance3::dance3::dance3:

We just stayed there Friday night. Not sure if we got a bad room or what, but there is no way I would stay there again. They "upgraded" us to a family suite. But the room at some point had water damage, and it smelled like it. The fridge was rusty, the whole thing was just gross. The lobby and breakfast area were nice, but our room....not so much. Fortunately for us, we got there about 8 pm, and checked out at 7 am. So we managed it for that short period of time. Hope you all get better rooms. We did hear the traffic noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb us. We were in room 1206 facing the pool.

I just booked a day b/f our resort stay and a day after at that low rate. We stayed there last June also b/f and after our resort stay, and thought it was a great value, for the money. It is a place for us to sleep, that is safe and clean, and the free continental breakfast was a bonus. We loved being so close to Disney. We left our hotel and checked into our resort last summer by 7:30. We will be there in a few weeks. I'll have to reply on it when I get back!! Disney here we come again!!

Here are some pictures that I posted on the old thread.

Here are some pictures from our stay last March.

At first, we were assigned a family suite. We wanted a normal room, so I asked to be moved..... after I took a few photos for my DIS friends!

Thanks for the info on Monarch. I actually found our first night hotel on there for $5 less than I am paying now. However, they do charge a 2% fee for Visa or Mastercard transactions which would negate some of my savings for this trip. It really isn't worth the effort to save $1 or $2 this time but I have bookmarked them and will definitely look at them in the future!!!

MapleGirl- Thanks for the pictures! So how did you like your stay? Did you ask them to change your sheets? Was the rest of the room clean?
This such a great price, I'm considering it for a one night stay in Sept. I am only coming in for a concert, one night, not expecting to spend any time hanging around the resort, just a place to sleep and shower, safe, comfortable and clean...
