Come back rates??

Hi, just wondered when they started the come back rate? We were there in the summer and was wondering if they were offering them then. Thanks...amy if so.. I would like to try and get one.....

I thought that the comeback rate was something you needed to book before you left the resort.

I had heard that guests were getting door hangers on their hotel room doors stating that if they booked their next WDW trip before they left they could get a special rate.
