We have had directv for about 4 yrs in 2 different states & have been very happy w/the reception. It's really only gone out a few times when we've had tornado high winds.
I just called tonight because our DVR box has been blacking out on recorded shows despite several re-sets. Without any asking, the rep is sending us a new DVR free of charge. I did mention we'd been w/them for 4 yrs and she said there is a software issue from a recent update of some sort. Anyway, I was prepared for a fight or charge and she was great. I thought it might be time to shop around but we'll stay afterall.
