Probably a stupid question - feel free to call me stupid!

If I buy a combo ticket, which gets me into wdw, us and ioa from someone like attractionticketsdirect or floridatix (others are available), can I use that ticket in a fastpass machine, as its not a disney ticket?

Thanks

Chris

from the attraction tickets direct website, concerning the orlando freedom ticket and/or dis-uni combo ticket :

At the Disney Parks, your ticket includes use of the FASTPASS system. It’s easy to use and cuts the wait time on the most popular attractions. Insert your ticket into FASTPASS stations at participating attractions and you'll receive a FASTPASS Return Time so you can go play in the Park instead of waiting in line! FASTPASS is NOT included at non-Disney parks.

so basically the answer is YES

You won't get a ticket that's all one I don't imagine.

That's probably jsut the name of the package and it'll have separate tickets for the different parks.

I guess so.

It would seem awkward to scan a Mickey Mouse bearing ticket at an Universal turnstile :rotfl:

There isn't such a ticket as a comobo ticket. It's an advertising gimmick.
Take this one http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/attraction-ticket-prices/disney-universal-combi.htm
You actually get a 14 day Ultimate ticket (which works in fastpass machines) and a 14 day ticket to Universal Studio and Universal's Islands of Adventure
They cost £339 but you can buy them seperately at £237 & £95 = £332 (maybe cheaper elswhere, this was 1st I checked) http://www.attractiontix.co.uk/usa.aspx

Yes there is no all in one ticket (they are rival companies) just a gimmick by travel agent/ticket companies.

Do have a scout around to make sure you are not paying over the odds.

Also those tickets will give you 28 days of park access - do you need that much?

eg if you are only doing say 5 days disney you may be better with the US magic your way tickets rather than a uk ultimate.

We bought the combined ticket through CO. The agent confirmed that we would get the disney part added to KTTW and actual paper tickets for Universal. Have fun!

We always buy a combo ticket from american attractions but not inlcuding the WDW as we get these through disney to get the dining.

Even our Universal and Seaworld tickets were seperate.

We basically got a 14 day 2 park ticket for US and IOA and a 14 day ticket to seaworld.

But it did work out cheaper by about £20.00 per person- And we only paid an extra £5.00 to get into Busch Gardens - twice
