Combining travel funds on SW

I have travel funds I'd like to apply to a new reservation. Here's the problem. Last trip, my flights went down twice, so I changed it twice to get the travel funds for next trip. We are a family of 4, so looks like I have 8 different credits under my ONE confirmation number. The system will use 4 and that's it (looks like maybe 3 credits + credit card). Can you guys assist me in a way to consolidate all 8 credits into just 1 credit so I can use it now?

Have you tried separate reservations for each person? Credits can only be used for the original person booked so I don't think they can be combined.

Well the credits are for my family of 4, same family members travelled last trip who will travel next trip.

My fare went down 2x last trip, so I acquired travel funds 2 different times. SW allocated those travel funds like this:

One confirmation number:
DH $19
me $19
DD1 $19
DD2 $19

2 weeks later, same confirmation number:
DH $23
me $23
DD1 $23
DD2 $23

So when I go to book my next trip and use these funds, it will take 3 of those above 8 credits and then use my credit card to pay the remainder.

I'd rather not book each one of us separately....2 would be for my kids separately....plus I'd end up with 4 different confirmation numbers.

The only way to do that on Southwest is to book each flight separately one person at a time. You will end up with 4 confirmation numbers but that is the only way the Southwest booking system will let you use all the credits. I tried calling Southwest when I had credits and they had to do it the same way. One person at a time per flight. The Southwest CSR apologized stating "I hope the system old changes sometime soon."

Yes I had to book each one of us including my kids separately 1 way at a time in order to get travel credits and miles to work for each of us do now I have 8 confirmations to keep up with- 4 each way! I had to make a spreadsheet!

Ok thank you. its too bad they make you do it this way when it's just one confirmation number and the same people traveling.
