Combining Reservations?

We've been piecing together a trip for late June. We have 3 consecutive 2 night reservations at the same resort, same room type. Can MS combine these into one reservation?

Yep, as long as they are from the same contract and same use year. Easiest / quickest way is to login to the DVC site and wait for Chat to be available. Ask them to put the request in. Just did it myself a couple of hours ago and it was done within an hour (can take up to 24).

ETA: You can also email (but it could take days for a response) or call (but we all know about those wait times).

Yes! If you have same room type they can certainly do that - I did that with our trip last December as we changed dates, and it was easy peasy, once I got through to MS!

How do you "wait" for chat to be available? I haven't seen "chat" available on the DVC site for the last 6 months?

Go to your Dashboard. On the right side of the screen it will either say "Chat Unavailable" or it will show a chat logo and say "Chat". If it says unavailable just let the page sit for a few minutes and it will eventually come available.

Thank you! Made the request through chat earlier this afternoon and got the updated reservation email just over an hour later.
