Combining Points and Cash

If I make a one night cash reservation in a 1BR at Kidani (through annual passholder discount), then a 2 night reservation on points -- can they link the reservations so we won't have to change rooms or check-in/out, or will I be forced to change rooms b/c one is through CR and the other through MS?

They cannot be linked. However, you can mention it at check-in and just say that you would like to stay in the same room if at all possible.

You definitely will have to check in/out at the desk though.

You have to have the same room category and request at checkin if you can be blocked into the same room. You will have to check out and check in again.

i was not successful doing this at BWV. The cash ressie was for a preferred view (the only one they reserve) and we had a Standard view.

However, at OKW, it worked out just fine since there are no different views. Good luck.
