We have a reservation for our family of 4 at the Garden Grill for 10:15am. My sister's family and my parents have a reservation for a party of 6 at 10:10am. We have the TIW card and we would like to pay for the entire party. Is there a way that we can ask to be seated together if we arrive a little early? We are OK with sitting apart, but we want to make sure that we are all put on one bill. We had tried to book a single reservation for 10 but it was "unavailable" via the website and over the phone. I know that they can accommodate a group of 10 because we have dined there before as a party of 11.

But if someone beat you to booking the big party, they can't necessarily accommodate the big group at one table.

So long as you're okay sitting in two groups, I'm sure they'll take your money.

I have the same issue at CP with one party of 6 and one party of 2, 5 minutes apart. I called the reservation line and the CM told me to let them know when we check in that we are all together. We may have to wait a few minutes, but should hopefully be able to accommodate.

I would call to add a note on the reservation and also mention it at the podium - they'll do their best to accommodate.
