Combining multiple reservations?

I was able to piece together a September 4-9 stay at Polynesian. It's currently split into 3 different reservations. I called member services almost 2 weeks ago to have them merged. They said they opened a ticket and it would take 5-7 business days. The merge has yet to be completed. Is this normal?

Same. I asked to have 3 copper creek stays merged almost 2 weeks ago. I just chatted yesterday to ask again thinking maybe the email got lost.
When I did it a few months ago it took a few days.

They will do Aug trips before Sept trips.
All the days are booked. You still have plenty of time to get MS to blend them into one res.

We recently combined 3 separate reservations, as well as dropped a couple of the days. I put it all in an Email to MS via the "contact us". I was very careful to explain clearly, and kept a copy of the Email in case there were any problems ("We thought you said do this, not that") It only took about 4 days, and this was for November.
