Combining multiple contracts/multiple reservations for 1 trip

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out how (or if it's possible) to combine back-to-back reservations with multiple contracts into 1 long reservation.

My family and I own 3 contracts: 50@Poly (purchased thru Disney), 68@AKL (purchased through Disney), 67@AKL (purchased third-party resale). For this post, the Poly points don't pertain.

We had an August reservation with the 68pt Disney contract at AKL which we cancelled yesterday. We also have a January reservation for Jan 10-15 with the third-party contract. After cancelling the August trip, I wanted to add days onto the January trip using those August points, but the system wouldn't let the points 'talk' to each other. I have 2 membership numbers (assuming because 3rd set of points were purchased third-party) but was surprised that because I am one single owner, that I can't combine them into one pool.

I ended up using those August points to book Jan 9-10 and Jan 15-19. So I have the following reservation, all at Jambo studio standard view:
- Jan 9-10 (via Disney contract)
- Jan 10-15 (via third-party contract)
- Jan 15-19 (via Disney contract)

Is there no way to combine these into one reservation? How will this impact dining reservations, Fast Pass selection, and check in/out? I wish I would have known this before purchasing third party.

Sending positive energy and gratitude to this community, which is helping my family stay hopeful.

The only way to use points from two different memberships is to call MS, ask for a transfer, and the have them use those points,

Once transferred, they retain their own UY and home resort,..though both are AKV so no matter.

To get two membership, it had nothing to do with direct vs resale. Those contracts are either a different UY or they are not titled with the same owners,

I have both RIV and SSR points in my Aug UY...RIV direct and SSR resale,

For all purposes, your memberships act as though you are a different owner,

In terms of FP, you can book from the start of reservation 1. Dining will go with each one, but you can call MS and they can help you book from 180 at the start, It doesn’t work online,

You want to call MS and have them note on all of Those and link them so you don’t have to change rooms.

Are all your points Aug UY? If so, you could have asked to have the third party contract put under the same membership as the other two as long as the deed is titled the same way. But since you didn't, have to treat that other contract as a separate entity. You could book as many nights as possible with that one. So you have three separate reservations. You'll want to add "Continuing reservation" to all of them so hopefully you can stay in the same villa. You will have to check out and check in again and none of your three reservations are eight nights or more, so you won't get a full cleaning unless the Housekeepers know you are not moving.

Thank you @Sandisw and @Deb & Bill - they are indeed different use years so I'm going to attribute the separation to that. Sandi, I appreciate your help re: transfers and Fastpasses. I'll call Member Services as well.

Is there a formal place that you can do this online, or do you simply mean discussing this with Member Services or at initial check-in? Thank you again for your help!

No place to add online. Call and have MS list it on all of them, When you check in, mention it to them as well just to be sure you are in the same room.

This way, if you are not, they can try to fix it then. I have never been moved, but I always make sure CM at front desk checks it and has that info!
