Combining contracts onto one deed.

Question, if you combined all your contracts for the same resort with the same use year onto on deed would this affect your ability to sell only one of those contracts? Would you have to split it out again before selling or would it just be part of the process of changing over the ownership interest from one party to the next? Thanks

You can’t merge contracts. They are separate deeds
