Combining 2 dining reservations

I could not find a reservation for 4 people, so I made two reservations for 2 people. One on my account and one one my husband's account. They are at the exact same time. If I call Disney, would they be able to combine them, or should I just keep looking for a reservation for 4 to pop up? Thanks!

Just tell the restaurant when you check in and it should not be an issue.

Sorry I should have added that it is for Sci Fi Dine In Theater at Hollywood Studios. I remember that the seating there is different because of the cars.

You can check-in together and ask if you may sit in the same car

Keep checking for an ADR for 4. If one doesn't open up, show up a bit early and ask to be seated together. They will accommodate you if at all possible. But keep in mind there is a chance you will have to sit separately.
