Hi Everyone!

We are coming for our first ever trip to WDW (14 nights at WL) and then on to PBH at Universal for 4 nights in September/October.

We will be at Universal for the Columbus Day weekend - we leave Disney/arrive Universal on Friday October 7, and leave on a midday flight on Tuesday October 11. We have a 3 day pass and were planning on doing IoA on the Saturday and Monday, and US on the Sunday.

How busy is it going to be this weekend? Should we switch any of the days around? We have a breakfast reservation for the 3 Broomsticks on the monday morning.

Lastly, are you able to upgrade the base ticket to a park-hopper type thing at Universal? Our holiday package came with the base ticket, but being a HP nut I am thinking I may want to spend a few different times there :yay:

Thanks Everyone!!

i'll be there when you are!

monday could be busy, could not be busy.
last year it wasn't busy until the afternoontime.

since you are on site, you will have limited waits using the express lines.

you can upgrade your tickets to a hopper at guest services anytime you are in the park.

wait until you decide to leave the park for the other, you might end up staying visiting potter longer than planned.

reread your post.
leave the studios for ioa about 3:30 on that sunday.
that park will start to become crowded on the rides with the hhn-ers coming in early for catching rides before the closing of the park at 5:00.

saturdays are always busy on that weekend.

Thanks for the info - fingers crossed for a quiet monday!!

P.S. Love your location - not a bad house to live in....:thumbsup2

Apologies - I just realised that sounds more than a little creepy!!! Sorry, my bad! :sad2:

no problem

i got that tag cause i said in a thread that i am not a parry hotter fan.........:rolleyes1

one of these days i guess i will see who that dude is that lives in my house.
