I believe the broccoli slaw on the hummus sandwich has a little mayo in it, but much less than the amount of mayo in the tuna. Hummus in and of itself contains some oil, but in theory it is healthier than mayo. I highly recommend the hummus sandwich for something different, anyway, even if it isn't healthier...the taste is very light and refreshing and also filling enough. You can eat tuna anywhere; I didn't notice anything particularly unique about the tuna at CHH.
