I think the President of the University made the right decision, but I am horrified by the comments this man made. University of Colorado used to be my favorite school and my favorite football team, but I will not be a fan of theirs anymore. I was already somewhat upset by the recruiting and sex parties scandal, but this is kind of the straw that broke the camel's back.

It's about damn time. Barnett should have been fired, not just on leave, but I'll take what I can get. The stories coming out of CU are getting more and more outrageous by the day...and y'all wouldn't believe the ones that aren't getting picked up by the press.

It's obvious the coach is a donkey's azz, but what I don't understand is WHY didn't she or won't she press charges against the person who raped her.

Sorry if it were me I would have been singin like a bird doing everything I could to blow the dog out the water.

I can understand why she would be afraid of the player and it would be awfully hard to prove now.

I understand this, but after the rape could she not have gone to the police or doctor where a sample of semen could have been collected.
Thankfully I have never been in this situation, but it still saddens me that she would neglect to go forward.
