Wow! Nice to see I'm not the only one in Colorado who loves Disney.

My husband and I live in Colorado Springs. My in-laws live in Littleton.

Hi Diznee, Mickey O2 lives in the Springs too. Mighty pretty country! We live in Littleton but in the summer we "live" in Monument during the weekends.

Barb, all talk. Just all talk! I only drink on the cruise. Have you ever seen me with a drink in hand? Oh wait, Bahama Breeze the night we met. Oops! Now Heidi, that is a different story.

I love living in Colorado Springs. In fact, I've lived here my entire life. The North Pole is awsome! Haven't been there since I was 6 years old.

Good Morning everyone and Happy Friday!!

Disnee- I have been in Colorado Springs almost my whole life. We moved here when I was 4. Where did you go to school at? I graduated from Mitchell. I love the North Pole too. I use to take my kids up there every year in December. They are a little older now but we still go up there. My oldest daughter just had a baby so now I have another generation to take up there!

I LOVE Disney. As a matter of fact my family and the people I work with tease me all the time about being a Disney junkie. What they don't know is I love it. Heeheehee joke is on them

I know what you mean! I get teased by family, even by my husband's 6 year old neice, who probably will never go to WDW, because my in-laws aren't crazy about theme parks at all. (Lucky for me, I was able to convert my husband! Took him out a few years ago, and BAM, the next thing I know we're going there on our honeymoon.)

I graduated from Coronado high school in 98'. Could never get away from district 11. They never gave us enough snow days!

My passion for Disney began with a trip to DL when I was 7 years old. I've been to DL 3 times, and WDW 3 times. Not bad for living in Colorado! Right now I'm thinking about getting a custom Disney licsense plate for my car.

Michelle-That is so funny about the license plate. I am going to get one too. I have a blue Mustang with a Mikey on the back window and antenna
I just have not gotten it yet. My husband and I took our kids to Disney world in 98. I was hooked, gone ,done. We have been back every year since. We are also members of DVC and have been on the cruise a couple of times. Trying to pull a December vacation together now as well as another cruise next year. I LOVE planning the trips. That is half the fun for me. I send out tips and news letters evey week or so to everyone that is going with us.

Wow! I can't believe you visit WDW every year. Take me with you! A flight out of DIA to Orlando is so expensive. Especially for us since we must have a non-stop flight. (Hubby hates to fly and must be drugged up.) I'd like to eventually be at a financial point where we can go out every other year. But for now I'm trying to start up a home-based business. So first things first. Our next trip might be in 07 or 08' for a wedding anniversary trip, since we went there for our honeymoon. (This may not surprise you, but I'm already planning this trip even though it's a few years away. I LOVE planning WDW trips!)

You send out tips and newsletters? That's a brilliant idea! But you mentioned your family teased you about being a Disneyfantic, does that mean they don't like your newsletters, or do they find the newsletters interesting? Planning is half the fun for me as well. Maybe you could share what types of things you put in your newsletters?

That's so cool that you've been able to experience a Disney cruise. I won't ever be able to go on one, because my husband gets motion sickness.

Michelle- I would love to be on your buddy list. I don't think using the thread is a problem. I always enjoy reading other peoples post. My family loves my news letters. They seem to think I know everything heeheehee I don't tell them any different. I usually plan our vacations sometimes 2 years in advance and have 2 of them going at the same time. I plan them from scratch.
What kind of home based business are you starting?

Barb - I didn't know you graduated from Mitchell. My BIL has told me a lot about Mitchell. I can't remember if he actually went there or if his ex-wife went there, but the stories are hilarious!!!!

Lisa, I can't remember who brought it up but I know my brother used to go every year. His son was close to that age and absolutely looked forward to going. They have scheduled activities for the kids. Not sure about the pool.

Val, I have been busy with the last minute stuff for the cruise as well. I am starting to feel overwhelmed. Getting ready to ship boxes to the MAGIC. Are you doing that? I am looking for a peasant blouse. I have a skirt that I absolutely love but need a blouse. Can you make me one? Just kidding. Any ideas where to find one?
