Color coded schedule

Hi. I want to make one of those fancy color coded schedules for our trip. I've seen some people on here made some. Is there a specific program you use? I have Windows 10 on my laptop. TIA!

I use excel and it works great for my color coded planning.

I also use excel as pp stated. I got a template on here years ago and have morphed it into what works for us. And it didn't take a lot of morphing, as the first one was pretty great, so a giant thank you to whomever created/posted it. I couldn't find it, but here is a rundown.
Each day we are there is a column.
The rows are sectioned off
1. Park Hours -- 4 rows, one for each park with a specific color for each park
2. Extra Magic Hours AM vs PM -- 4 rows, one for each park, same color coding as above; then just pop the am/pm into whichever park is having the EMH
3. Parades & Firework times -- As many rows as you need for each parks events, again same color coding as above, ie, MK color would have 3 lines, one for WIshes, Festival of the Fantasy, and Main Street Electrical parade. This is helpful b/c often times there are several times each event takes place over the course of your trip
4. Dining reservations - one or two lines, most people won't have more than one table service/day, so one is usually enough
5. Confirmation #'s
6. Notes
7. Plans for the day
8. Best/Works Parks for the day -- I always pull this info from the easywdw calendar and compare to a few other sites for the consensus.
9. Average Daily Temps -- also on the easywdw side.

With the additon of MDE, a lot of this info is stored there so I don't walk around with my schedule necessarily, but for planning purposes, it is a great place to see a snapshot and try to make the most educated plan for each day. Plus we tend to travel in bigger groups so it is nice to keep them all informed of the planning.
