College Visits

We have been visiting colleges these past few months with our DD, and it is pretty overwhelming. There are so many great schools out there but it is so hard to know what is the best fit. Tomorrow, we head to Maine to visit Bates and Colby. You would think having gone through the process twice before it would be easier, but it is still a mix of emotions. Anyone else going through the same?

Been there done that......and I remember those trips well visiting colleges.. It was amazing to me how my daughters knew the school they wanted the minute we pulled in.. They had a certain criteria, far enough from home but close enough that we could get there if needed, small private college, and of course co-ed.....

I loved Bates, Bowdoin and Colby, all great schools....Middlebury was another we liked, but they ended up at Holy Cross and Providence College and were never sorry....do check those two out too..
