College Reps/Holiday Booklet

Hi! My dd is a college rep and has not received her cm holiday booklet, although friends of hers, who also are college reps, received theirs a week ago. Does anyone have any advice? She is wondering if Disney does several mailings, or if she should contact her advisor. She has completed more than the required number of points and logged them in.

Any advice is welcome. Thanks!

Have her check to see if her address is correct on the Hub. If it is, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Just warning you, if they re-mail her anything, they'll only mail the special maingate you get.
There was an address mix-up on the hub, and even after I changed it, they still mailed my booklet to my old apartment. Ex-roommate didn't want to give it up (claiming she didn't have it) until I threatened to press charges for stealing my mail... THEN all of the sudden it turned up... But when I called ticketing, they said they can't mail out another booklet, only the pass...
