College Program- Married with a child!

Hey!!! I did the college program in the spring of 2008 and met my husband there. We are now married with a 2 year old son and my husband wants to do the program again. We found out that we HAVE to live off property because no one under 18 is allowed to live on property.

What are some awesome, decent priced, apartments?! HELP lol

I lived in Sabal Palm during my CP. It's across 535 from Vista. The apartments are from the 80s, so you're paying for the location rather than the quality. We ended up living there a year and enjoyed it.

Other popular apartments are Park View and Alexandria, near the MK. All three complexes are owned by equity apartments, and give discounts to Disney CMs.

This is coming from my fulltime CM friends- Cagan Crossing, about 15 minutes from DAK. They base your rent on your income and do deals for Disney cast.
