Hey guys,

My name is Steven. I'm thinking about making a complete guide for all college program applicants with everything about the college program. Also I'm here to answer any questions that you all might have. I have worked in both programs (DLR and WDW) and am currently here in WDW. I know almost everything there is to know about the college program and would love to help everyone to get prepared for every step in the process and to get the most out of their college program. Parents, you have questions? I have answers . I worked as a Busser at the Mad T Party in DLR and am now a Watercraft transportation at MK and DTD in Florida. Did you make good tips as a bidder, did it still feel like you were working at Disneyland if you were in the restaurant the whole time?

I can also help out! I did my first program in Disneyland last year as a food prep and order cook at the Golden Vine Winery in DCA, and am currently at WDW working in attractions at The Seas in Epcot.

My daughter just got accepted for attractions. How does the whole thing work? Wi she have time to enjoy Disney other than work?

I am planning on applying for Fall 2014, is there anything I should be doing now to boost my resume? Are there certain activities, clubs, jobs, etc, that'll make me more marketable to them?

What do they really look for in their interviews? I've read somewhere that you mention the guest satisfaction and safety and have lots of confidence. Also, do you recommend taking classes or taking a semester off?

Attractions is a lot of fun! I did that for 2 CPs, and enjoyed it

And definitely! I would go to the parks all the time during my CPs (either before/after work, or on days off)

I worked in Fantasyland attractions on my DCP. I worked 40 hours a week & had plenty of time to go to the parks. I miss it so much. GL to your daughter!

I'm very interested in if I should take the semester off school or not too!!
