I never pay attention to this as I have never had to collect tickets there before. If I order party tickets for next month for MNSSHP and opt to get them from Will Call (it's the only sensible option at this stage), where is the best place to get them? I don't fancy trailing out to the TTC just for tickets. I know you can get the at DTD but can't recall noticing the booth. Do the other parks have the service where you can pick them up too? It's not for our first week so there is plenty time to pick them up elsewhere if necessary.

Thanks.

You can collect them from any park will call window or the lobby conceige desk at the resorts :goodvibes

When I did the Princess and Pirate party a couple of years of years ago we just showed the printed receipt/ will call thing at the info desk I'm Port Orleans hotel and they printed off the tickets for us. I plan on doing that again this year at SSR!

2Tiggies, if you order your tickets online you get the option to print your own tickets to take with you (Etickets). I did it this way, and they clearly state they are tickets that allow entry to the park so I shouldn't have to exchange them anywhere before we go to the party :goodvibes

We just picked them up on our first day at MK on the way back to the bus.

Kept them in the room safe until the party.

I got an e-ticket and it's an actual printed ticket which gives you direct access :)

So why do they make it sound so complicated? :rotfl:

Thanks Suzy

I actually want the real tickets for my scrapbook :upsidedow

:thumbsup2 Is the Will Call AT the MK or at the TTC?

Will Call is basically just a normal ticket window that's been tagged however, you can pick them up from any ticket window or in fact, guest services window (I did this at International Gateway where there are never many window's open).

As far as I know, anywhere capable of printing tickets can handle it so if you see somewhere with no line then go for it and infact if I was to hazard a guess you'd probably even be able to pick them up at GS within a park if that was more convenient. Certainly worth a try anyhow.

Which date are you thinking of going too?

Thinking 12th October. The day before is Columbus Day (bad idea) and I would rather avoid a Friday night if possible. It is only the 12th and 14th that are really good options for me without having to juggle too much else around, but the 14th we have a resort photo session at 4.45 at the Poly so it would mean we would only arrive at 6 pm or so. Not really a problem since we are there for 2 weeks, but still, it would be nice to just do MK on the party day and we can keep our Epcot plans for the 14th. The only thing I need to change for the 12th is the HoB reservation which I am not willing to drop but there seems to be plenty availability for alternate days that would suit us.

Such a dilemma, but I think I am going to go for it. I just need to order the costume from the Disney Store.

Thanks Disneymad, that makes a lot of sense, although I would never have thought of it that way. So exciting!

OOOOooo I photo session, that sound good? I'm really looking forward to MNSSHP looks good fun

We did will call last time for MVMCP. Just went to a ticket booth at TTC - very straightforward and we were given real tickets.

Done the e ticket this time for our first MNSSHP.

Any guest services in out out of the parks or resorts, really easy. I can never understand why they make it sound like limited places.

The one at DTD Marketplace is between Team Mickey (sports shop) & Arribas Brothers(glass shop) Always at least 2 staff there, one we always use and never had to wait more than 2-3 mins, usually served as soon as we arrive.
There is another at Westside but never used it.

I did this last week for the same event. Ticketing told me I can retrieve the tickets from any willcall/guest relations at the parks, DTD, or even at my resort. I'm with you on keeping the actual tickets for keepsakes!
;)

It is a bit silly that Disney do make it sound way more restrictive than it actually is in practice but that's nothing new for Disney. Perhaps because it does take a few minutes for them to pull up the ref and gotta show ID and go through all that and they're trying to get all the slower will call transactions at the 1 window and all the other slowish queries at GS or something to try and keep regular ticket windows faster moving.

I only found out a normal ticket window could do it when I was stuck behind an uber slow line of 4-5 people all getting the free birthday ticket at Guest Services and there's no Will Call at International Gateway anyhow. The normal ticket window was completely empty so I figured it was worth asking - they didn't bat an eyelid.

Just had a look at ours...it's the same...a real printed ticket that gives us direct access. I think the only difference to the ones you get if they send them to you or you pick them up is the size?? :confused3

Ours will be going in our memory box as a keep sake of the holiday :goodvibes
