Cold sides at Ohanas?

Are the noodles, bread and dipping sauces supposed to come out chilled or not? I think Id actually like these if they were heated thru and not icebox cold...so Im wondering what is the correct way they are to be presented to the table?

The noodles, veggie dish and the bread are not served cold. They are warm. The bread being the least warm. But everything else should be served hot, if not the server isn't doing his/her job.

The only item not served hot (or at least warm) is the salad; I can't remember about dessert. The meats and shrimp are right off the grill.

The noodles are definitely warm. Bread is warmed too. I honestly don't remember about the dipping sauces.

Sorry forgot to mention the sauces. They are not cold. Warm, not hot. They are to be used for the wings and meat, so they have to be warm. If it was cold it would make the meat cold.

We were served cold noodles, bread and dipping sauces last trip and I wasnt sure if that was the way of it or not! And I was too embarrassed to ask fearing my ignorance would be laughable so thank you for answering and on the 28th when we dine here again I will make sure to ask for warm sides if I am again served cold items!

Anyways, the cold items were not very tasty so I am glad to know there is a chance it will be much more tasty this go around

Oh no.....these items shouldn't be served cold. YUCK is right. We love the food at Ohana but this last time the service was so bad (very slow) and the noise was so loud (the entertainer) that we will skip it next trip. It is a shame for we really like the food. I can't imagine being served these items cold.....again yuck!

Our sauces & salad were the only thing not warm. However, our food was definitely hotter and fresher for the 1st of our 2 'Ohana meals during our Dec 2009 trip. For our 5pm ADR, the sides were perfect! For our 9:30pm ADR, the noodles & veggies were only luke warm.
