Cold Items During Resort Transfer

For our upcoming trip, we will be transferring from BLT to BCV for the last three days of our stay. I know we can get our normal luggage transferred thru the bell stand but will they keep our refrigerated items cold for us as well or do we need to plan to consume everything before our transfer?

This is the first trip we've ever transferred during and we have a total of four of them.

CR Conceirge (3 nights) to BLT MK View
BLT MK View (4 nights) to BLT Lake View
BLT Lake View (4 nights) to BCV (3 nights)

We just keep adding on days. Gotta love DVC!

I heard that they cannot guarantee that those cold items will remain cold during the transfer. You'll need a cooler and some dry ice or consume them all before you move.
