Anyone use this product? What has your experience been? I'm trying to avoid my annual Xmas cold for our trip this Xmas/NY...

I started using Cold FX a little over a year ago, I found it to work quite well. I would even take one a day when I wasn't sick. Then recently when I felt a cold coming on I went to Wal Mart to buy some Cold FX and found something called Cold Attack,(it was next to the Cold FX) which was quite a bit less expensive and It worked WONDERFULLY.
Then 3 weeks ago I went to buy some more cold attack and they didnt have any in stock so I bought Echinacea 1000mg tablets by Swiss. They are great to, and are basically what the Cold attack are made from.

So what I am trying to say is...the cold FX works, but the Cold attack and the Echinacea also work and are much less expensive.
JMHO

First off, ColdFX works. I am currently training for the Mickey Marathon in Jan and a cold at this current point in training would be one of the wosrt things that could happen.

I take ColdFX twice a day, morning and night. This helps prevent me getting a cold and if I do get stuffed up it only last for a day.

Just to clarify ColdFX contains no Echinacea, its herbal properties are from North American ginseng. It is currently having a clinical study at Sunnybrook/Women's Collage Hospital in Toronto. Simply put it jump starts the immune system in overdrive.

Most of the NHL takes this product on daily, that is why they hardly get sick. On a side note, when exerting yourself phsically on a daily basis your body is constantly working to repair itself and you immune system suffers for that. By taking ColdFX daily it helps keep you immune system working up to speed.

As for the effectiveness of Cold Attack I cannot talk but at this current time I will keep taking ColdFX.

BTW check out the website @ ColdFX

I just started taking this daily. I cannot get a flu shot due to a severe egg allergy so I thought I would try it. Seems to be working goood so far. Ironically I am also allergic to echinacea so cannot take the othe one either but I am really happy with cold fx so far.

I JUST finished taking it through my last cold. I took it as soon as I felt it coming on, and I think it helped. I was still groggy and no energy, but I never really got the runny nose or cough. It was kind of a weird feeling. I felt sick, but didn't show any symptoms. It helped me keep working, but I was a little "slow" since I didn't feel the best.

I would say that it definitely helps lessen the symptoms and the length of a cold.
