Cold feet before your WDW wedding?

Thanks everyone for the great responses. It SO eases my mind! I think I'll be fine I'll just have to keep myself busy. I have awhile to go but I know once it gets closer I may have to drink heavily every day.

And OMG I went to Grafton and graduated in 2000 too! How weird is that?!?!

Haha! Strawberry daquiries help settle my nerves, but sometimes it is better to go right for the source! haha! I cannot believe that we all graduated together. M&M and I found out that we were in two of the same classes and one of those classes was under 20 people! You have to let us know, my curiosity is killing me!

My boss swears I will be the first Disney runaway bride!! I am totally freaked out and the closer it gets, the more nerves I get!!! A little background...we have been together off and on for fifteen years. We have an eight yr old dd, he has a four old dd, we have never lived together and I have lived alone, or with my dd only, for the last 17 years of my life. DD and I are moving to his house in Hampton the beginning of July, the wedding is the end of August. I am terrified of the whole thing!!! The move, the wedding, living under the same roof, all of it. I am so nervous, I think I am going to throw up or pass out. My dd took my last name at birth, I used to say if we ever got married she could take his, now she doesn't want to, and I get paranoid....is this a sign!?!?!?! Crazy, yep, I know. Because at the end of the day, I really could not imagine doing this with anyone but him, but still, my nerves are shot!! It is so comforting to hear that we are not alone!! and not abnormal It is also nice to see people from Yorktown, just up the road a bit!! We should all do lunch one day...it might calm our nerves, there is always a good mimosa just around the bend

Im so glad we chose Disney because had we dont this at home i think my nerves would have really gotten to me. With it being at Disney we stayed so busy having a good time up until the day of the wedding that I really kinda forgot I was even there to get married. The wedding went by so fast and afterward it was like 2 big kids being in Disney. If we had gotten married at home I think my anxiety (which i already have it bad) would have been through the roof! We were out the night before the wedding at MGM doing Extra Magic Hours-- we didnt get in till nearly midnight. We were so tired we crashed and the day of the wedding everythign starts happening so fast you really dont have much time to get nervous!! GL

I have to admit that the couple of days after my planning session I was completely freaking out. Not because I thought I didn't love him or want to marry him, but because it was all so overwhelming! Disney asks a lot of you as a bride to plan your whole wedding in 4-5 hours and it kind of freaked me out. But I know that having a wedding at Disney means that I won't have to do all the worrying I would at home because I have someone to do it for me. I know how important the wedding day is, but it is the marriage that matters. If you love your DF and are ready to spend the rest of your life with him, who cares what might go wrong on the wedding day? All that matters is that you're married!!

Or at least that has been my mantra to stop worrying, haha!

Now that I'm over the planning hump, I am starting to relax and enjoy these last few months until the wedding. My bridal shower is even this weekend, yay!
