Cold allergy and water parks

In the grand scheme of the world, this is a pretty minor thing, but thought I'd ask...

My 9 year old has an allergy to cold (breaks out in hives when exposed to cold temperatures). Even when the temperatures are warm(ish) out, she can break out coming out of a pool being wet and cool-er. At home, the beach, hotel pool, we can deal with this- she takes allergy medicine and she swim until she's done, then she changes into dry clothes. Needless to say, this wouldn't work getting in/out at a water park. So- my question, are there any accomodations that can be made? I'm envisioning somehow if she could stand in line with a fleece on. But then what to do with it? Putting it in a big ziplock, would they let me carry it down the slide with me? :confused3

We're going in April, so who knows if it will be warm enough to swim anyway. I haven't even brought up the waterparks, thinking it wouldn't be the best idea for her. Thought I'd ask, though, if anyone else has dealt with this or had any suggestions.

Thanks!

You are not allowed to carry anything on the slides at the water parks.

And all the water in the parks, other than Shark Reef, is heated and kept in the low 80s.

And we do not have any GAC at the water parks; there are no alternate entrances or waiting areas for anything (other than an elevator available for Crush 'N Gusher).

Our son has trouble keeping his body temp and we go in April. We found that the pool was to cold for him ( we later got fussed at for putting him a public pool by his doctor because he has immuno issues ) so we have not tried the water parks. Also be sure to bring a little jacket or something like that for the parks at night, we found that while it was ok for us it got a little chilly for him after sun set.

definately will do- she's well trained to bring a fleece every where (even the a/c can set her off) I'm going to bring her a full change of clothes too, just in case of a surprise (!) rainshower or spilling something. The rest of us could deal with it til it dries, but I dont' need her breaking out in hives mid trip. :thumbsup2
