Help! I cannot find the recipe for the colcannon (sp?) sauce served over corned beef at the Epcot Food & Wive festival. I'm not even sure it's available, but I sure hope so. For some reason, I am not able to do a search here. I also checked Deb Wills site, but it's not listed. Does anyone have it? DS was bragging to a friend about my corned beef to a friend and this sauce would really be a plus. Oh, I plan to make it tomorrow, so I'm really in a jam.

I bought the recipe book from F&W Festival last year as they no longer hand out the recipe cards at the vendor site and they did not have it in. The book did not include the leek and potato soup served at Ireland which I loved.
