Cofused still seeking info before we buy DVC

Okay, I have been lurking on this board for about 6 month, but just joined recently.

First, I know using points for trips other than DVC is considered a poor use of points. My intent is to use my points for DVC. But, I want to completely understand the product I am buying. That said, if we wanted to trade out to the World Passport Collection my old information says 160 points, high season for a 1 bedroom. Is this correct?? Plus a $95 fee?? Also, is it a difficult process?

I really don't know much about trading out the World Passport collection, but I took a quick glance at the WP / RCI charts on the member site and it does 160 points for a 1 BR for a week. The rest of the interpretation of that info, I will leave up to others smarter in RCI than I am!

There is a separate chart for the "signature" resorts where the points are much much higher.
