Coffeemakers in the cabins?

We are in the very early planning stages of our Feb '08 trip, and are beginning our list of things we NEED!

yep, coffee makers are in the cabins

They have a large and a small coffee maker. They have most of the basic equipment you need. things you might need that we take are:

cookie sheet for pizza and cookies
a good knife
Stuff for storage like ziplocks and gladware
grill tools
maybe a crock pot if you like that kind of thing

salt/pepper/sugar/oil or oil spray
