Coffee ?'s in BW 3BR Grand Villas

Disclaimer- I know that the coffee pot/filter question has been asked to death, but I'm still just trying to make sure we pack the correct thing so I hope it's okay I ask!!

I keep reading they are the Mr. Coffee type filters, so is there a specific size of filter? (like cup size?) I am not a coffee drinker, and my husband uses cone filters for individual cups, so this is not something I'm familiar with.

But I also read on this thread that different rooms have different types, but I didn't see the 3BR grand villa listed so just wanted to confirm it is the Mr. Coffee ones?

All DVC villas have Mr. Coffee makers. They use flat bottomed filters.

Thank you, but do you know what cup size ? When looking to buy them they list different size coffee makers.

I'm glad you posted this question MommyBryn- I'm just starting to gather more info for our trip later this month. Denise or auroraborealis...to replenish coffee supplies do you just call mousekeeping OR maybe now that they are supposedly going in to rooms every day they'll check supplies!

If you are on points, the coffee is not replenished save on full housekeeping or trash and towel.

You can buy more coffee.

I know what you mean! But look at it this way - if they did replenish coffee every day for everyone, those annual dues would be a lot higher!

You'll probably have one regular and one decaf pouch of coffee on each service day. Each pouch makes 4-6 cups of coffee. You can make 10-12 cups, but they will be very weak. You can also purchase extras from Housekeeping if you need more.

I would bring coffee filters and just coffee. Not pods. And you likely don't have the right size of pods; they are like an uncrustable sandwich but with coffee inside of a closed up filter. They are big.
