Coffee makers at AKL?

Hi, we are going to AKL for Thanksgiving and I am wondering if you can get a coffee maker from Housekeeping? For the first 3 days I will be alone with 3 younger kids (8,6,4), since I get up early, I don't want to leave them alone to run and get some "morning wake me up"!

I can't wait to sit on the balcony and watch the animals! Hopefully with a cup of coffee in hand, and the kids asleep,(for a little while anyway!)

Poohlover we will be at AKL for Thanksgiving also!!! I have to call Disney today regarding our trip tomorrow and I will ask that question for you. Im sure they probably do but I want to make sure.

They were more than happy to bring us a coffee maker and coffee when we requested it at AKL.

I'm pretty certain that you can ask for a coffee maker upon check-in....don't believe coffee makers come with the room. It would also be nice to know if you can purchase small packets of the coffee that they serve at the AKL restaurants....I've read rave reviews about the coffee there...

Amenities include in-room safe, voice mail, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and 27" television. Coffeemaker and refrigerator available upon request.

I don't drink coffee, but there were coffeemakers in the two suites that I stayed in at the AKL. Here is a photo that shows one of those coffeemakers (it's located on top of the microwave): click here for photo (sorry the photo doesn't show it better).
