coffeepot? paper filters? Kuerig?

In August we had a regular coffee maker with (paper) cone filters (they provided 7) and 4 packages of coffee.

Here now. The first coffee maker we had used cone paper filters. It didn't work. Service brought up a brand new one about 15 minutes after I called, and it has a gold filter. The 3 packets of coffee that came with the room are a brand I haven't heard of before, but they were fine.

I don't want to leave!!! Wah!!
