Codes or Ap rates past April 9th!??? When???????

Okay guys.......
Now that the AP rates have come out for 2/17 through 4/9....and the old code has expired.......
What about a new code for trips after 4/9?????????

Anyone have a clue???
Might it be this week????

I'm with you on the codes. I've been looking all day trying to find out any info on the AP codes for June. Please let me know if you find out anything about new codes. thanks!

I called tonight - 1/27/03. Only AP rates out till 4/9/03. The AP rate plan.
I asked about May. That will be the next round of AP rates.
I asked when. I suggested March. The CM said late March or early April
for May/June.

I guess Disney see's how the economy is going before they release
AP discounts. Why should they give alot of discounts if people are
willing to visit and pay the full price ?
If the economy is still sluggish, then most likely AP rates will be released

it's a waiting game ...

According to Mousesavers the current "anyone can use" codes were the ones that expired today. I wonder if there will be any of those codes that will come out in the next few days? HMMMM. I wonder if Disney will update the website? Any thoughts?

I really need a ressie for May, but don't want to book yet with the Disney Club in case some good codes come out

Well, I just checked at Disneyworld.com and they have taken away the specials that expired today and have all the dream maker packages up without any discounts. Maybe once they get their computer systems going full force again they will post something new and exciting for MAY!!!

Anyone worried that there won't be anything for May/June?

I know there has been the last couple of years, but I'm a worrier and now that I have to know I have to wait till March, I need something new to worry about.

The AP rates may not show up til March......but I don't think it will be that long a wait for some discount codes!

IMHO.....with everything going on right now.....troups being deployed, President talking war, and the economy really has not made the turn for the better yet.......I don't think WDW has reservations booked enough to not have discounts. The trend has still been downward.
So right now I am looking for a code. I'm thinking the first half out our trip (which begins mid-week after Easter) may not have much of a discount. But the last 4 days should.

Anyone out there with any news of codes coming out yet???

What happens if you have a ressie and the
final payment is due 45 days out? You make the
final payment-but can you still change it or are
you going to get nailed with penalties?
My final payment is due at the beginning
of March for May. I'm a little worried now
myself.

That happened to me last year. I had paid completely and then a great rate came out. Disney changed me to the better rate and sent me a refund check. It was really pretty easy to do. Looks like I'll be waiting until about July to hear if Aug codes are there!!!

Sounds like you didn't have any problems!
That makes me feel alot better. How did you go about
changing it? Did you have room only or pkg?

I just changed my reservation from a fully paid DC discount to an AP discount, they refunded my fully paid rate, and then just started a brand new reservation, of course I had to give a deposit again, but that is OK.

Except for last year, the AP rates for the summer months haven't been released until March of that year. So I guess we are going to have to wait a little bit.

With the President's State of the Union Address this evening, and the threat of war with Iraq looming, the economy is still going to be shakey. This may translate into earlier codes or AP discounts.
