Codes not working?

So i went to DLR in Early March of this year and did the animation quest to get the animation viewer and for some reason it will not work. I told the Lady at the vmk desk and she said to try again. So i did and it still did not work so i told her again. I keep trying but it still will not work. Is there a number or something i can use to contact someone to help me?

I had the same problem with a HSM room Code that just would not work. Iwent back to the VMK store and they swapped it out no questions asked.

my probolom is i don't live near DLR so that will not work

I told them when i was there it didn't work but they didn't believe me.

so i have no clue what to do.
